But this just the start of the process. Once a plan is developed organisations are helped through the change with coaching, training, mentoring and group facilitation. We are frequently asked to facilitate public presentations, consultation exercises, board and staff awaydays, and other activities where it is important for professional support to be provided by a recognised third party.
