Plant Creative, imaginative, unorthodox. Solves difficult problems.
Monitor Evaluator Sober, strategic and discerning. Sees all options. Judges accurately.
Specialist Single-minded, self-starting, dedicated. Provides knowledge and skills in rare supply.
