Increasingly, organisations are asking for follow up sessions with their people. The session helps reinforce key learning points. Action planning
No workshop ends without some action planning. We will tailor plans to complement your own Personal Development Plans and involve managers and team leaders in follow up activities. Should your managers need help we can set up a programme to help them coach
